PROPOSED PROJECTS
All projects listed here are ideas that suit the research profile of WIS as it currently stands (i.e. a one-man-show). None have funding beyond the in-kind contribution of WIS. External funding will be sought where appropriate. WIS is open to undertaking projects beyond those listed, especially if there industry support.
- Modelling canopy development. Using weather data and drones to measure canopy development.
- Digital/ precision vineyard: basically any of the technologies on the list as being tested in this project.
- Sap analysis: understanding and promoting plant health.
- Soil microbiome: effects on quality.
